Sales B2B (Edutaiment & Corporate)

to join our team at Bounce Street Asia. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and strengthening our client relationships across the edutainment and corporate sectors. Based in North Jakarta, Jakarta, you will play a vital role in the company's growth and success. What you'll be doing

Proactively identify and prospect new potential clients within the edutainment and corporate industries. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to nurture and convert leads into new business. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and upsell opportunities. Attend industry events and network to expand professional contacts and identify new sales prospects. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials and campaigns that effectively promote our products and services. Accurately track and report on sales activities and pipeline to the management team. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and new product developments. What we're looking for

Demonstrated success in a similar B2B sales role, preferably within the edutainment or corporate sectors. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Strong business acumen and the ability to understand and address our clients' needs. Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools to manage your pipeline effectively. A passionate, driven, and resilient mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
