Maximum Age

: 45 years as on 01.09.2025

Scale of Pay

(For Regular appointment): Rs. 70,000 – 2,00,000/-

Annual CTC : Rs. 19.93 Lakhs (Non-Metro) (approx.) at the minimum of the scale.

Qualification :

Essential : BE/B.Tech in Electrical / Mechanical / Instrumentation Engineering / Applied Electronics and Instrumentation.

Desirable : M.Tech / MBA (Operations / Project Management)

Post Qualification Experience :

Essential : Minimum 10 years of experience in Engineering and Maintenance functions, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in a regulated manufacturing environment in Pharma / Medical Device / Healthcare sector.

Skills and Competencies required :

Strong leadership and strategic planning capabilities.

Thorough knowledge of regulatory compliance (GMP, ISO, EMS, Energy Audit).

Experience in project management, utility systems, and energy management.

Exposure to modern engineering tools such as CMMS, AutoCAD, SCADA/BMS/PLC systems.

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and team development skills.

Candidates from CPSUs should be holding posts in the scale of Rs. 60,000 - 180,000 (Revised 2017 scale) / Rs. 24,900 - 50,500 (Pre-revised 2007 scale) for a period of two years as on 01.09.2025.
