Customer Service & Import Executive

Description And Tasks

Collaborate with various departments to streamline order processing and handle administrative tasks efficiently.

Monitor inventory levels including stock held at VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) customer hub and process all orders meticulously, ensuring accuracy and promptness in execution.

Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions in the ERP system.

Prioritize customer satisfaction by promptly managing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring order fulfilment including documentation meets or exceeds expectations in a professional manner.

Coordinate import shipments with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs agents.

Prepare, verify, and manage import documentation (invoice, packing list, BL, COO, etc.) to ensure compliance with customs regulations.

Track shipment schedules to ensure timely arrival and clearance of goods.

Liaise with finance and warehouse teams for payment, duty, and receiving coordination.

Monitor import costs and assist in identifying cost‑saving opportunities.

Maintain accurate import records and ensure compliance with company policies and import laws.
