About the Position A detail-oriented professional looking to consult on MEP building services and construction management. The role focuses on electric power system design from MV to LV levels.

Responsibilities

Design of Electrical Power System from MV Power to LV Power

Propose Technical Specification

Manage, Assess, Review Power Load Analysis

Manage, Assess, Review Discrimination Study and Arc Flash Study

Manage, Assess, Review Power Pressure Drop

Propose Technical Specification

Propose Testing and Commissioning Procedures

Coordinate with Other MEP Design & Installation

Coordinate with Other Disciplines

Lead & Manage Construction Management Services

The candidate will be responsible for maintaining all procedures and controls related to the above consulting services scheme.

Qualifications

Basic background in Building Services Engineering; electrical systems.

S-1 degree (mandatory) in Electrical (Power) Engineering.

1st Class Engineer (Chartered Engineers / Professional Engineers) is an advantage.

PMP Certification is an advantage.

Fluency in English.

Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills.

Skills and Knowledge

Solid knowledge in ETAP, DiaLUX, Bentley Hevacomp WorkStation, Microsoft Projects, Primavera, etc. (please list in CV).
