Responsibilities

Health Issue Development & Innovative Contributions

Contribute fresh angles and innovative ideas to enhance engagement and strengthen educational impact. Support the development of novel perspectives or themes that may contribute to future scientific or journal-related outputs.

Evidence-Based Content Drafting & Translation

Draft up to 10-14 social media health contents per week for Tentang Anak, not limited to specific brand accounts (including Expert Care and Expert Boost). Ensure all drafted content is credible, evidence-based, and aligned with the latest studies, guidelines, and updated scientific recommendations. Translate and simplify research findings into clear, parent-friendly communication that is easy to understand while remaining engaging and relevant. Maintain accurate educational messaging and avoid misleading interpretations for parents and caregivers.

Content Ideation & Accuracy Support

Develop and propose original, evidence-based content ideas and formats for Tentang Anak’s social media platforms. Provide drafting support to ensure hooks and captions are scientifically sound before final validation by specialist doctors.

Rapid Response & Collaboration

Provide timely drafting input for viral or urgent maternal/child health issues. Actively participate in weekly virtual meetings and bi-weekly offline content discussions with the broader team.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Medicine only 1 –2 years of experience in health, medical, or science writing (including internships, research assistant roles, or academic projects). Basic ability to translate medical or scientific information into clear, audience-friendly content. Familiarity with reading and summarizing scientific literature, with a willingness to apply evidence-based writing, fact-checking, and medical accuracy standards across digital content. Good time management and willingness to meet deadlines consistently. Strong copywriting or communication skills for social media content is a plus. Passion for educating parents and families on child and maternal health topics is highly valued.
