Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Information Technology Microsoft Administrator located in Jakarta Selatan. The primary responsibilities: Managing and maintaining Microsoft-based IT environments, providing technical support to users, overseeing network and system administration, and troubleshooting issues to ensure seamless operations. The administrator will collaborate with different departments to align IT systems with organizational needs while ensuring operational efficiency. Day-to-day staff and executive IT-related troubleshooting Maintenance of OneDrive, SharePoint, and all other Microsoft 365 applications Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power BI This job is fully on-site

Qualifications Technical Support skills for managing end-user requests and resolving IT-related issues effectively. Expertise in Network Administration, including setup, maintenance, and security of network systems. Proficiency in System Administration, focusing on Microsoft environments, to ensure optimal system performance. Strong Troubleshooting capabilities for diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues. Solid foundation in Information Technology, including knowledge of IT best practices and industry standards. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or similar are an advantage. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
