Responsibilities
Business Development:
Proactively identify and secure new opportunities within the Tobacco and Packaging markets.
Account Management:
Maintain and grow existing customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
Market Intelligence:
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies in Jabodetabek and East Java.
Sales Performance:
Execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly revenue targets and volume goals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Coordinate effectively with the Central Java Headquarters to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
Professional Requirements
Experience:
Minimum 3–5 years of proven track record in
B2B Sales .
Industry Insight:
Strong understanding of the
Packaging Industry . Prior experience in
Tobacco Companies
is highly preferred.
Language Proficiency:
Fluent in English (Written and Spoken) is mandatory for professional communication.
Work Style:
Self-motivated and disciplined to work remotely and independently.
Mobility:
Willing to travel for client engagements and periodic visits to HQ in Central Java.
