Adecco Indonesia is currently representing a global healthcare services company in the search of Finance & HR Ops Lead. This role will be part of the Regional Finance Team, supporting finance operations across Asia. This role will handle end-to-end accounting, billing, payments, and compliance, while also assisting with payroll and HR administration. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Perform daily bank reconciliations and process customer payments accurately. Manage billing, invoicing, and maintenance of customer records in the ERP system. Prepare journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and month-end closing activities. Process vendor payments and ensure proper authorization and documentation. Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management activities. Assist in audit coordination and tax reporting (corporate, VAT, and WHT). Handle payroll processing, employee reimbursements, and related HR administrative tasks. Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with financial policies. Key Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably within a multinational or regional environment. Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with Sage Intacct or similar ERP systems is a plus. Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English (both written and spoken). Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
