Location: Europe (remote with frequent travel)
A global technology IP leader is seeking a
Senior Director of European Sales
to drive growth across its semiconductor IP portfolio in Europe.
This is a senior, high-impact role for a commercially sharp leader who thrives on building trusted customer relationships, opening new opportunities, and closing complex licensing deals across the European semiconductor ecosystem.
What you’ll do
Own and grow regional revenue by developing new business while expanding existing customer relationships
Build executive-level relationships across engineering, marketing, procurement, and leadership teams at target accounts
Lead and coordinate customer evaluations in partnership with sales engineering, R&D, and marketing teams
Negotiate and close silicon IP and software licensing agreements, working closely with legal teams
Identify new market opportunities across key end-markets including Consumer IoT, Industrial IoT, Automotive, and Infrastructure
What you bring
10+ years’ experience
in senior sales or business development roles within the European semiconductor industry
A strong network and deep understanding of the European semiconductor landscape
Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and contract negotiations
High energy, ownership mindset, and a collaborative leadership style
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills at all levels
Fluency in English plus at least one additional European language
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related technical field
Nice to have
Experience with semiconductor or silicon IP licensing
Background in ASIC engineering, product marketing, or strategic account management
Exposure to connectivity technologies (Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, UWB), cellular (5G), and AI-driven applications
Experience supporting complex, multi-region commercial negotiations
Working style
Willingness to travel frequently across Europe
Comfortable working across international time zones, collaborating with teams in Europe, the US, and Israel
