Role Overview We are seeking a strategic and aggressive Senior Sales Manager B2B to drive rapid growth across Indonesia and pioneer regional expansion. You will be responsible for exceeding ambitious revenue targets, leading a large team, and closing high-value deals. This role requires a results‑obsessed leader willing to travel extensively to win.

Key Responsibilities

Exceed ambitious revenue and market share targets through strategic planning and relentless execution.

Lead, mentor, and scale a high‑performance team of 10+ sales professionals.

Personally own and close complex, high‑stakes negotiations and tender processes.

Aggressively hunt new business and develop strategic account plans to maximize key client value.

Build C‑level relationships to solidify our position as a strategic partner.

Foster cross‑functional collaboration to ensure seamless service delivery and customer success.

Qualifications & Experience

8‑10 years of sales experience, with 5+ years in a Sales Manager/Leader role managing teams of 10+ sales people.

Expertise to handle B2B market Java and Sulawesi.

Related experience with Automotive, Leasing, Distribution, Logistics, etc.

A proven track record of exceeding multi‑million dollar revenue targets.

Expert‑level skills in complex negotiation, strategic selling, and pipeline management.

Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; MBA preferred.

Extensive travel readiness (60‑70%) is mandatory.

Full professional fluency in English.
