Business Development Lead (Agency Background Preferred)

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA strongly preferred) 8+ years of experience in senior agency roles with at least 3+ years in leadership positions Proven track record of managing large client accounts and leading business development efforts Comprehensive digital marketing and strategy knowledge with deep understanding of integrated marketing approaches and industry trends Strong business acumen with experience in P&L management, financial planning, and strategic business development Exceptional leadership and mentoring abilities with experience developing senior-level talent and managing complex teams Advanced client management skills with proven ability to build C-level relationships and drive strategic account growth Excellent attention to detail in account management, financial oversight, and team performance monitoring
