Job Description - Direct Contract, Recovery Agent, Risk Management Group (WD79985) Risk Management Group (RMG) is responsible for the development and maintenance of risk management and internal control frameworks. we provide independent review and challenge to business to ensure that appropriate balance is considered in risk/return decision. in additional, RMG is responsible for the monitoring and reporting on key risk issues of the Bank. To manage risk effectively and deliver strong financial performance, we invest significantly in our people and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the recovery process for delinquent accounts, ensuring efficient and effective debt collection strategies

Analyze financial data and credit reports to assess the risk profile of clients and develop customized recovery plans

Negotiate with clients to reach mutually agreeable repayment terms and settlements

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recovery activities and client interactions

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as legal and compliance, to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements

Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of the recovery portfolio, identifying areas for improvement

Provide regular reports and updates to management on the status of the recovery efforts

Requirements

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in debt collection, recovery, or risk management

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact with clients in a professional and empathetic manner

Proficient in using relevant software and tools for data analysis and reporting

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing priorities

Demonstrated track record of achieving recovery targets and maintaining high customer satisfaction
