IT Security and Governance Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

Revisit IT policies, controls, and procedures are aligned with TMT IT Policies, IT Security Standard and Best Practice (e.g. ISO and NIST), and business objectives

Ensure IT policies and procedures are well-documented and updated.

Ensure IT policies and procedures in subsidiaries are aligned with MahaDasha IT policies.

Ensure IT maturity index subsidiaries are more than the standard index (3.0)

Assist the development and maintenance of the Business Continuity Plan and IT Disaster Recovery Plans by collaborating with key stakeholders, identifying risks, leading exercises and simulation (drills) to meet compliance requirements and ensure the readiness.

Maintain & manage compliance for every proposed and implemented IT Security & Governance

Maintain & manage IT Security for every implemented IT solution.

Update the company's business system policy to follow digital transformation processes.

Assist MahaDasha and subsidiaries to design the IT Security & Governance roadmap.

Assist IT representative subsidiaries to achieve the Group IT format target.

Assists the design and development of comprehensive security training, education, and awareness programs.

Drill test of security awareness

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science/Information System/related field.

At least 3-5 years experiences in cyber security programs, audits, assessments, risk, remediation, or cyber security compliance management.

Experience of handling and managing Internal IT Audit, IT Risk Management and IT Infrastructure

ISO27001:2013 Knowledge

Good analytical thinking, good business sense, visionary

Project management and communication skill

Good in both verbal and written English

Able to work in a team or individually
