EXPAT MAINTENANCE FOREMEN: DRILL RIGS – WEST AFRICA CAT 6250 and/or Weiler D560

We are assisting our mining contractor client to recruit x2 Expat Maintenance Foremen for their fleet of CAT and Weiler surface drill rigs. Preference will be given to candidates with hands-on experience on

CAT 6250 and/or Weiler D560

Based at a mine in Africa 2 Year renewable contract USD 6,000 – 6,500 net per month

Role Overview : You’ll deliver hands-on technical support, lead troubleshooting and repairs, oversee major rebuilds, and guide local teams to achieve the highest maintenance standards.

Key Responsibilities: • Troubleshoot & repair Caterpillar and/or Weiler Drill equipment • Lead on-the-job training for local engineers • Prepare accurate technical reports • Plan & supervise new machine assemblies and rebuilds • Collaborate with customers and various other role players

Requirements: 10+ years working on plant & equipment (Drills experience essential) In-depth drill systems knowledge (mechanical, hydraulic & electrical) Strong troubleshooting & reporting skills Relevant trade qualification VERY IMPORTANT: Solid experience on

CAT 6250 and/or Weiler D560 Willingness to be based in Africa and to work outdoors most of the time
