Head of Property

to manage and optimise our

industrial and logistics assets (warehouses) . This role combines

hands‑on warehouse operations

with

commercial leasing, negotiation, and relationship management , ensuring asset readiness, tenant satisfaction, and long‑term value creation. Responsibilities

Manage day‑to‑day operations of industrial and logistics warehouses, ensuring safety, compliance, and operational readiness. Oversee maintenance planning, CAPEX, and asset performance. Develop and execute leasing strategies, including tenant sourcing, lease structuring, renewals, and terminations. Conduct market analysis and rental benchmarking to optimise occupancy and revenue. Lead commercial negotiations and manage leasing transactions through deal closing. Act as the main point of contact for tenants, landowners, brokers, and business partners. Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with key stakeholders. Proactively handle tenant issues, escalations, and conflict resolution. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, contracts, and company policies. Prepare regular reports and recommendations for management. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Property, Engineering, Business, or related fields. Minimum

10 years’ experience

in

industrial/logistics property management, asset management, or brokerage . Strong experience in

warehouse operations and commercial leasing . Proven negotiation and deal‑closing capability. Good understanding of the industrial property market and regulations in Indonesia. Excellent communication, relationship management, and problem‑solving skills. Hands‑on, commercially minded, and able to work independently.
