About The Role
Leading and training all kitchen colleagues on menu execution and techniques and HACCP
Ensuring adherence to food hygiene practices and health & safety regulations for yourself and the team
Assist in planning and developing pastry menus, including creating new recipes and desserts.
Your Skills & Experiences
Outstanding Communication Skills
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with great attention to detail
Vibrant personality, professional and always well-presented
A positive 'can do' attitude and the ability to work within a team environment
The ability to create new and innovative pastry and dessert designs, flavors, and presentations.
