HR GA Manager - Trading Company (Banten) Client Details:

Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives. Serve as a business partner to manufacturing and supply chain leaders.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings and interviewing to onboarding new employees, to ensure workforce readiness and meet staffing needs.

Oversee payroll processes and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs (including salary reviews, bonuses, and social security programs like BPJS in Indonesia).

Develop and monitor training plans, competency matrices, and employee certification records.

Participate in internal and external audits, ensuring HR readiness and compliance.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives across HR processes and systems.

Ensure full compliance with all labor laws, regulations, and safety standards (such as K3/OSHA in Indonesia). Manage legal documentation and maintain good relationships with government agencies.

Supervise general affairs operations, including managing facilities, security, maintenance, transportation, cleanliness, and procurement of office supplies to support operational efficiency.

Manage HR documentation and personnel files, prepare regular HRGA reports (e.g., headcount, turnover), and monitor budgets.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology / Human Resources Management

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR Managerial level

Strong knowledge of labor law, IR practices, and operational HR

Experienced in handling blue‑collar workforce

Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills

Strong analytical and decision‑making capabilities
