About The Role
Working on rotating shifts and is in charge of training and supervising the work of the kitchen personnel in their sections.
Maintained high-quality Indonesian authentic food presentation and service standards.
Control and analyze on an on-going basis the following :
Quality levels of production and presentation, Guest satisfaction, Merchandising and Marketing, Cleanliness, Sanitation, and Hygiene.
Responsible for the production, preparation and presentation of all food items, in area concerned, to ensure the highest quality at all times.
Your Skills & Experiences
Must have experienced in the same position at least 2 years
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills : Hotel or Culinary School graduates Higher Diploma or Bachelor Degree
Team player, flexible and able to embrace and respond to change effectively
