Responsibilities

Identify supply needs in Villa Finder’s destinations based on data.

Propose Villa Finder services to villa owners, answer questions, and sign partnership agreements.

Follow our standards to ensure the quality of villas contracted.

Build and maintain high‑touch relationships with villa owners.

Introduce villa owners to our Distribution solution.

Understand and communicate market and industry trends.

Work closely with the Content Department to ensure listings are created promptly.

Ensure each listing reflects the unique selling points of the villas.

Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Accountable with a fighting spirit.

Ability to collaborate across departments and work in a fast‑paced environment.
