Job Description
SK Plasma has grown steadily on the foundation of PDMP (plasma-derived medicinal products) business starting from 1970. In 2015, SK Plasma resolved to build a state-of-the-art plasma fractionation plant and has spun off from SK Chemicals Life Science biz., aiming to improve competitiveness in the global PDMP market. SK Plasma is building a plasma fractionation plant in order to improve the self-sufficiency of PDMP in Indonesia through a joint venture with capable business partners under the support of the Indonesian government.

This position is open to candidates with over 5 years of experience.
Position
Technical Supervisor (Building Maintenance)
West Jakarta, Jakarta, ID
Role Description
Supervise and oversee the operation, maintenance, and performance of Clean Utility & Black Utility systems.
Systems include PW (Purified water), WFI (Water for Injection), PS (Pure Steam), CA (Compressed air) and Alc Generator.
HVAC system, Chiller, Boiler.
Ethanol Regeneration by distillation.
Electric facility/equipment (MV/LV).
Automation (PLC) facility.
Lead daily monitoring, scheduling, and coordination of utility system operations.
Manage troubleshooting activities, provide guidance to technicians, and conduct root cause analysis for recurring system issues.
Ensure utility operation complies with GMP, EHS, and internal SOP requirements.
Shift-based supervision and on-call support as required for utility operation.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Environmental Engineering or equivalent fields.
Minimum 5 years working experience in operating and maintaining Clean Utility and Black Utility within the pharmaceutical industry.
Solid understanding of GMP-compliant utility systems (PW, WFI, PS, HVAC, compressed air, etc.).
Certifications in electrical systems, refrigeration, HVAC, or hazardous substances.
Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the initial setup of utility in a newly constructed biopharmaceutical facility.
Proficiency in CAD program.
Proficiency in Korean (both written and spoken).
