Qualifications Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role within a public restaurant, beach club, or lifestyle dining venue Strong understanding of restaurant operations, service standards, and guest experience Proven leadership in managing and developing F&B teams Able to handle high-volume operations, cost control, and daily reporting Guest-oriented, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills Good command of English; experience in pre-opening is an advantage Flexible and adaptable to the dynamic environment of Nuju Uluwatu
