Responsibilities

Engage in effective telephone communication with potential customers by utilizing the information of potential customers acquired through the company's marketing channels.

Comprehend the needs of customers, clearly convey the core values of brand products to potential users, and accurately disseminate product information to customers.

Continuously enhance the online conversion capability and fulfill the online sales targets.

Qualifications

Demonstrate a high level of enthusiasm for sales work.

Diploma or Bachelor's degree.

Fluent in Melayu.

Strong English proficiency

(minimum B1/B2 level).

Maintain a positive and proactive mindset under pressure, exhibit a strong sense of ambition, be willing to embrace challenges, and pursue success.

Preferred to have work experience in financial or e-commerce companies.

Candidates with relevant experience in telemarketing will be given preference.

Awareness of current affairs in relevant markets/countries.

Willingness to work in shifts.

Must be willing to work
