Facility Technician

Job Summary

We are looking for an FM Technician to join our team on a rotatingshift basis (early and late shifts, Monday to Friday). You'll be responsiblefor maintaining and repairing building facilities, equipment, and systems. Key Responsibilities

Conduct preventive maintenance and repairs of installations, fixtures, and equipment Undertake minor building, mechanical, and electrical repair works Monitor and respond to maintenance service requests Coordinate with contractors and vendors Supervise maintenance and repair works Assist in fire safety management and emergencies Liaise with employees on projects and maintenance works Update information databases and records Requirements

Experience in facilities management or related field Knowledge of building maintenance, mechanical, and electrical systems Ability to work on a rotating shift basis Good communication and interpersonal skills What We Offer
