Audit Graduates Program (AGP) is a 9-month development pathway designed for fresh graduates and individuals with less than 2 years of work experience who are passionate about building a career as an Internal Auditor at CIMB Niaga. Participants will undergo development through in-class training, e-Learning, on-the-job training, rotational assignments, exposure to senior leaders, and mentoring. The program manages areas including TADA (Technology Assurance & Data Analytics) and Business Enablers.
