Tax Manager (Consultant)

Responsibilities

Delegate tasks and review the work of team members

Coordinate effectively, extend support, uphold communication, and report on developments

Prepare regular reports for the Partner in-charge

Review working papers and ensure supported by detailed tax documents and supporting evidence

Fulfill additional tasks as assigned

Build strong internal relationship among team members

Understand and adhere to company policies and procedures

Review and evaluate the work of juniors, seniors, and supervisors, and communicate findings to the Partner.

Support the growth of junior staff, seniors, and supervisors through coaching and mentorship

Lead and collaborate actively within the team

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting from a reputable university, with a minimum GPA of 3.0

At least 5 years of experience in a tax consulting firm

In-depth knowledge of tax regulations as well as the regulatory and reporting environment

Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills

Hardworking, highly motivated, and capable of working independently

Ability to support and mentor staff effectively

Self-disciplined and with positive attitude

Fluency in Bahasa and English (both verbal and written)
