You will play a key role in expanding our footprint in the market by actively identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities. Your role will be highly dynamic, fast-paced, and results-oriented perfect for someone who thrives on achieving ambitious sales targets and opening doors in competitive markets. You will be responsible for… Proactively identifying and generating new business opportunities in the insurance brokerage space. Building and managing a strong pipeline of prospective clients, focusing on mid-to-large corporate segments. Conduct high-level consultative sales pitches and presentations to decision-makers. Collaborating with internal underwriting, servicing, and technical teams to develop tailored insurance solutions. Staying updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to position offerings effectively. Meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual new business revenue targets.

You will require the following qualifications and skills Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Insurance, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus). Minimum 7–10 years of experience in B2B business development, with at least 3 years in a Senior Manager or equivalent role. Deep understanding of the insurance industry, especially in brokerage and risk advisory. Demonstrated ability to close complex deals with corporate clients. Strong commercial acumen and strategic selling capabilities. Ability to work independently and thrive in a target-driven environment. Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite. Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
