Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Trade Marketing Executive to strengthen our brand presence and drive sales performance across retail and e-commerce channels. This role involves managing distributor communications, executing trade marketing strategies, overseeing promotional campaigns, and analyzing performance to deliver impactful results. Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement trade marketing plans to support brand objectives and sales targets.
Coordinate in-store promotions, merchandising, and display execution to maximize visibility and conversion.
Manage POS materials and ensure timely delivery to retail partners.
Collaborate with sales and brand teams to align trade activities with overall marketing strategy.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights for improvement.
Build strong relationships with retail partners and distributors to optimize trade opportunities.
Distributor Communication:
Serve as the main contact for online and offline distributors, ensuring smooth operations and alignment with brand strategies.
Marketing Calendar & Sales:
Develop and execute trade marketing plans, manage promotional campaigns, and coordinate with HQ for strategic alignment.
Stock Management:
Monitor limited products, slow‑moving items, and samples to optimize inventory and reduce waste.
Analysis & Reporting:
Analyze campaign performance, customer behavior, and sales trends; prepare weekly and monthly reports.
Customer Data Management:
Organize customer data and execute CRM activities such as SMS, eDM, and AppPush campaigns.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Brand Marketing, or Retail Operations.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data interpretation.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross‑functional projects.
Knowledge of retail operations, sales strategy, and inventory management.
