Job Description
As a Head of Talent Acquisition, your main responsibilities will include:
Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.
Leading and mentoring the talent acquisition team to achieve hiring goals.
Collaborating with department heads to forecast hiring needs and create job descriptions.
Building and maintaining a strong employer brand to attract high-quality candidates.
Ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Analysing recruitment metrics and providing regular reports to management.
Managing relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners.
Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition within the technology & telecoms sector.
Qualifications
A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven expertise in talent acquisition within the technology & telecoms industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
A strategic mindset with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
