Digital Goods team focuses on driving growth and supporting operations for essential everyday services such as pre-paid mobile credit, data packages, electricity, bill payments, and utilities. We collaborate across central marketing, product & tech, and CX to improve service excellence and scale-up category performance.

Responsibilities
Assist in setting up campaign and promotional assets, including banners, landing pages, and promo codes
Support collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely execution, including resolving any issues related to execution
Maintain clear documentation, timelines, and trackers to support campaign planning and execution
Monitor real-time campaign and promo performance; support compiling and analyzing post-campaign results when needed
Provide general administrative and ad-hoc support for campaign and operational execution
Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization based on learning experiences
Prepare campaign and media brief for several media such as KOL, SEM, SEO, Offline Branding
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Currently pursuing a university degree or a recent graduate
Prior experience in marketing, campaign operations, or project management
Proficient in campaign support tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Illustrator/Photoshop/Canva, Social Media)
Ability to manage timelines, prioritize tasks, and work with multiple stakeholders
A self-starter attitude with attention to detail and ability to adapt in a fast-moving, constantly evolving environment
Preferred Qualifications
Detail-oriented, a fast learner, and willingness to take initiative
Prior exposure to tech platforms like TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, or similar marketplaces
Strong awareness of social media platforms and current content trends
