Get to Know the Team
You will part of Indonesia finance organization within the controllership department. You will reporting to Head, Country Controller. The department is responsible for all controllership and accounting matters including but not limited to accuracy and compliance of financial statements, and be a strategic finance partners to the various business, tech, product teams. The department handles accounting matters on all business lines including mobility, delivery, and financial services. The department also partner with finance teams across the region, auditors, and regulators. This position will be onsite at the office in Jakarta

Get to Know the Role
The role will focus on finance services including lending, payment, and insurance but will also have exposure to other business lines. You will be directly reporting to Head, Country Controller and onsite to our South Quarter, Indonesia office.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
Responsible for the financial statement accuracy and compliance for lending, payment, and insurance from both entity level and management reporting view
Present financial statement and various analysis of the business including flux analysis to Indonesia CFO and other business leaders
Responsible for all external financial reporting including to regulators such as Bank of indonesia and OJK.
Accountable for various key financial matters including disbursal, expected credit loss, write-offs, recoveries within the lending business
Be the the finance business partner, collaborating with business, various finance departments (eg; Financial planning, treasury, tax), tech, and product teams
Lead the finalization of audited financial statements for lending, payments, and insurance entities.
What Essential Skills You Will Need
Experience:
Minimum 7 years in accounting/finance, preferably in banking, insurance, P2P lending, or multi-finance.
Prior experience as an external auditor is a strong plus.
Proven track record in managing multiple stakeholders (business teams, regulators, auditors).
Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
Strong experience with accounting software Oracle is a big plus.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and present insights clearly.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications (CPA, CA, ACCA) is a big plus.
