Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, company policy and procedure adherence. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company's managers in order to help them with their human resource needs.
Responsibilities
Oversee full-cycle of recruitment efforts
Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee termination process
Assist with payroll and benefits administration
Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure full compliance with Indonesian labor regulations (UU Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS, etc.).
Manage and maintain the HRIS (Talenta) system for employee data, leave approvals, overtime, and other HR processes.
Support payroll administration by processing and validating attendance, overtime, and allowance data.
Oversee and keep track of end-to-end employee administration including contracts, attendance, leaves, and personnel records.
Handle disciplinary procedures and employment termination in accordance with company policies and labor regulations.
Manage and handle employee engagement activities
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
3+ years' of experience working in Human Resources or relevant field
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
