Growth & Partnerships Executive – Wellness & Sustainability
O2 Active is a wellness‑focused brand with a strong commitment to sustainability, dedicated to promoting mindful living and holistic health. We are seeking a relationship‑oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to support business growth, build long‑term partnerships, and strengthen our wellness community.
Key Responsibilities
Reach out to prospective clients and schedule meetings
Understand client needs and recommend suitable yoga and wellness programs
Prepare and present strategic proposals to potential partners
Build meaningful networks within the wellness and lifestyle industry
Close deals and support campaign implementation
Work with the Client Service team to prepare post‑campaign reports
Maintain long‑term relationships with members and partners
Requirements
Deep interest in sales, marketing, and the wellness industry
Strong communication skills with fluency in English
Comfortable building relationships in diverse environments
Proactive, disciplined, and results‑driven
Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
Regularly join yoga class 2‑3x per week (non‑negotiable). Yoga instructor is preferred.
