Project Manager (Hotel)

Responsibilities: Project Leadership:

Lead the end-to-end management of hotel projects (renovations, refurbishments, and facility upgrades) from conceptualization to handover, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to 5-star quality standards.

Stakeholder Management:

Act as the primary liaison between Hotel Management, Asset Owners, Contractors, Architects, Interior Designers, and external vendors.

Budget & Cost Control:

Prepare detailed project budgets, manage cash flow, and perform value engineering without compromising the luxury aesthetic or guest experience.

Quality Assurance:

Enforce strict quality control on all construction and design works, ensuring compliance with local building codes, safety regulations (HSE), and brand standards.

Operational Coordination:

Collaborate closely with Hotel Operations (Housekeeping, Front Office, Engineering) to plan works in a way that minimizes noise and disruption to guests.

Contract Administration:

Manage tender processes, review contracts, and oversee vendor performance and warranties.

Requirements & Qualifications: Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum of

5 years

of project management experience. Previous experience in

Luxury Hospitality , High-end Residential, High Rise Building or Mixed-use developments is highly preferred.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Project Management software (Microsoft Project, Primavera).

Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings (AutoCAD) and technical specifications.

Solid understanding of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems.

Strong leadership and negotiation skills.

High attention to detail (an "eye for luxury").

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Certifications:

PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification is a plus.
