Position Overview

We’re looking for a Mandarin-speaking Tour Operations Staff to oversee transportation logistics and guest coordination for tour groups. You’ll serve as the main point of contact for drivers, guides, and guests—ensuring all travel arrangements are executed smoothly and on time.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily tour and transport schedules for individual and group guests.

Serve as a liaison between Mandarin-speaking guests, transport providers, and tour partners.

Monitor vehicle availability, driver assignments, and route planning.

Handle booking confirmations, changes, and emergency arrangements.

Communicate updates promptly to guests and internal teams.

Ensure safety, punctuality, and service quality standards are maintained.

Prepare reports and maintain records of transport operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or Business Administration preferred.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in tour operations, travel coordination, or transport management.

Fluent in Mandarin at level 4 and English (spoken and written).

Strong organizational and coordination skills.

Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and handling multiple tasks.
