Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Handle full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordination)
Conduct active and proactive sourcing via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
Perform behavioral and competency-based interviews
Partner with hiring managers to fulfill time-sensitive recruitment needs
Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and reporting
Liaise with recruitment vendors if needed
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any major (Psychology / HR related preferred)
1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
Experienced with multiple sourcing channels
Strong communication, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills
Able to work independently under tight deadlines
Available to join immediately or within a very short notice period
Comfortable and fully committed to a 3 months project based contract
