E-Commerce Affiliate Staff Executive (Outsource) Responsibilities

Maintain day-to-day communication with affiliators and MCN agencies to support their performance and engagement.

Help manage affiliate communities, including group chats and internal updates.

Coordinate affiliate campaign execution in alignment with brand goals and promotional schedules.

Support Affiliate (ex.KOLs) live stream planning and operations when needed.

Track and report key performance metrics for affiliate campaigns and affiliate live stream activities.

Assist with promo code creation, payout documentation, and tracking accuracy.

Keep up with beauty and e-commerce trends to support content relevance and performance.

Qualifications

Experience in affiliate marketing, influencer coordination, livestream operations, or related digital marketing roles preferably within the e-commerce platforms (TikTok & Shopee) ecosystem and beauty industry.

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills to engage collaborators effectively.

Strong networking in the influencer industry and access to a solid KOL/creator database.

Comfortable working with performance data and reporting tools.

Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Passion for beauty/e-commerce is a strong plus.
