Job Description

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for planning and implementing integrated marketing initiatives that support center growth. The role drives brand visibility, lead generation, and community engagement through online campaigns, offline events, school partnerships, and ATL activities.

Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy & Execution Develop and implement monthly and quarterly marketing plans aligned with center growth targets. Execute integrated marketing campaigns across online, offline, and ATL channels. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, target audiences, and competitor insights. Events & Community Engagement Plan and manage school partnerships, presentations, booth activations, and center events. Coordinate referral programs and community engagement initiatives to strengthen brand presence. Ensure effective planning of logistics, materials, and staffing for successful event delivery. ATL Campaign Coordination Manage ATL media placements including billboards, posters, and radio in collaboration with external vendors or agencies. Monitor campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables. Evaluate campaign performance and provide data-driven insights for improvement. Lead Generation & Performance Tracking Monitor lead generation across marketing channels and support conversion in collaboration with the sales/admissions team. Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, lead quality, and ROI. Team Collaboration Supervise field marketing staff during events and lead generation activities. Ensure strong coordination and communication across marketing, sales, and admissions teams.

Essential Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, or Business. At least 3 years of experience in the marketing field. Willing to work on-site in

Permata Hijau, Depok and Sunter



Preferred Qualifications Experience managing events. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated project management ability. Up-to-date with media and marketing trends. Experience with social media marketing. Demonstrated ability to analyze data and create marketing strategies. Strong writing skills. Advanced computer skills including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Canva, and CapCut.
