Guest Experience & Tenant Relations Supervisor

Placement Location: DISTRICT 8 - SCBD Jakarta Selatan Qualifications: Diploma or preferred Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Hospitality Management. Minimum of 3 years of experience as Senior Customer Service and Tenant Relations (preferrably within the Property industry) Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with tenants and team members. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team. Proficient negotiation skills for various tenant-related situations. Understanding of financial aspects related to property management and occupancy rates. Responsibilities: Oversee the management and maintenance of facilities, assets, and infrastructure to ensure efficient operations and an excellent guest and tenant experience. Conduct regular inspections of buildings and facilities to identify maintenance, repair, and improvement needs. Maintain strong relationships with tenants and coordinate with third-party vendors to support operational requirements and service quality. Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards, company policies, and operational SOPs. Monitor operational administration, reports, budgets, and KPIs to ensure alignment with management objectives.
