As a

Senior Performance Marketing Specialist (PPC) , you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our paid search strategy. This is a high-impact role with end-to-end ownership over campaign planning, execution, and performance analysis — and the opportunity to drive tangible business results across a portfolio of consumer brands.

Experience with Amazon Ads is NOT required!

We’ll teach you everything you need — if you’ve run strong PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads or Microsoft Advertising, we encourage you to apply.

What You’ll Do

Own and manage advertising platforms including Amazon Ads, Google Ads, and others

Develop and execute a robust paid search strategy: campaign structure, keyword targeting, bidding

Conduct in-depth keyword research and build a strong semantic core

Monitor organic keyword rankings to improve long-term visibility

Optimize campaigns daily to improve ROAS, increase spend efficiency, and boost organic rankings

Align campaign goals with business KPIs (Margin, TACOS, Sales, Profitability)

Collaborate with operations and growth teams to improve landing page performance and conversion

Propose, test, and scale innovative strategies to maximize results

Define technical requirements for analysts to automate reporting

Report on performance daily, weekly, and monthly with actionable insights

What You Bring

Strong hands-on experience in paid search (Amazon Ads, Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Yandex Direct, etc.)

Deep understanding of PPC optimization: bid strategies, match types, tracking, audience segmentation

Fluency in data tools: Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio

Ability to interpret data and turn insights into clear actions

Experience working cross-functionally with operations, growth, and analytics teams

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns at once

Proven ability to scale and optimize campaigns for efficiency and growth

Capable of creating structured reporting requirements for analytics support

Fluent English (written and spoken)
