Role Responsibilities Review and evaluate rehabilitation counseling scenarios to provide expert feedback for AI training models. Develop and refine written materials that accurately reflect assessment methods, intervention strategies, and client-centered practices. Collaborate with AI development teams to ensure clinical authenticity and relevance of training content. Analyze industry-specific cases with attention to cultural competence and ethical standards. Ensure all materials align with current regulations and best practices in rehabilitation counseling. Provide detailed guidance on counseling techniques, disability accommodations, and individualized support planning. Identify gaps in AI understanding and recommend improvements grounded in real-world counseling expertise.

Requirements Master’s degree or higher in Rehabilitation Counseling, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field. Relevant certification or licensure (CRC, LPC, or equivalent). Extensive professional experience as a Rehabilitation Counselor in clinical or community-based settings. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong clarity and precision. Ability to work independently and deliver detailed, high-quality feedback. Strong understanding of current legal, ethical, and professional standards in rehabilitation counseling. Proficiency with digital collaboration tools and ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
