Role Objective
Plan, manage, and execute
brand partnerships and offline events
to strengthen brand credibility, community engagement, and user acquisition for Doo Financial Futures, while ensuring all activations align with brand positioning, compliance standards, and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Partnerships
Identify and develop
strategic brand partnerships
aligned with Doo Financial Futures’ positioning (e.g. sports communities, trading communities, lifestyle networks)
Manage existing partnerships, including
Manchester United–related community activations
Coordinate partnership deliverables, timelines, and brand exposure
Ensure proper usage of partner branding in line with brand and compliance guidelines
Evaluate partnership effectiveness and ROI
2. Event Planning & Execution
Plan and execute
offline and hybrid events , including:
Trading seminars & workshops
Community watch parties (e.g. Manchester United matches)
Networking events (e.g. Padel with Doo, Golf)
Manage event timelines, logistics, and vendor coordination
Oversee on-site activation flow:
Registration
App download & sign-up
Engagement activities and door prizes
Ensure smooth execution and strong attendee experience
3. Community & Engagement Activation
Work with trading communities, IB networks, and lifestyle groups
Build long-term community relationships beyond one-off events
Support community growth initiatives and follow-up engagement
Collaborate with Content & Social Media team for event promotion and recap content
4. Budgeting, Reporting & Evaluation
Manage event and partnership budgets efficiently
Track KPIs such as attendance, leads generated, and app downloads
Prepare post-event and partnership performance reports
Provide recommendations for future improvements
Requirements :
Minimum 2–4 years experience in brand partnership, event marketing, and media relations
Proven ability to handle offline events, media visits, press conferences, and press releases
Strong understanding of the Indonesian financial & business media landscape, with existing media contacts preferred
Strong Relationship Management & Execution Skills
Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with partners, communities, and media
Excellent coordination and on-ground execution skills, ensuring all activities align with brand positioning and compliance standards
