Job Description
Manage and acquire new business from target clients
Deepen relationship with the existing clients (COBA JAKARTA 1-8) by selling Trade Finance and Cash Management Products to obtain revenues for the Bank
Develop sales plans and strategies to achieve revenue target
Responsible for individual sales revenue target, penetrate a new business deal from client
Visit prospective clients in out-region such as Kalimantan, Sulawesi and other areas where there is no Trade Sales.
Identify clientโs need and requirement, conduct presentation and prepare business proposal
( including RFP if required)
Review and sign off on credit proposal (Nota Usulan Kredit) for Trade Finance Facility
Participate in Round Table Meeting & Executive Credit Committeee with Business Unit to defend and recommend the Trade Finance Facility Structure that is suitable for Clients.
Follow up with client for win deal mandate (RFP)
Manage and coordinate internal team within the bank to ensure smooth project delivery and well execution towards given solution
Coordinate with supporting unit and Product team to deliver new product requirement from client
Conduct workshop with client or industry association to market and promote Transaction Banking business
Analyze volume, account balance level and profitability trends and direct sales activities accordingly.
Coordinate with other supporting units for implementation, after sales and product enhancement.
Training and coaching Relationship Officer/Manager on Transaction Banking products
Qualifications
(Basic Degree/Diploma dll )
Bachelor degree (S1) in any discipline
Trade Finance knowledge
CDCS (if any)
Min. 5 years experience as Transaction Banking sales
Min. 5 years experience as Relationship Manager/Officers for Corporate and SME
Strong knowledge on Trade Finance and good knowledge on other related banking products and services such as Cash Management, Supply Chain etc.
Excellent knowledge on overall banking processes
Strong leadership and communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
Good managerial, analytical, IT and computer skills
Strong knowledge in Transaction Banking products and other relevant knowledge as well as general banking regulation
Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia. Other foreign language is advantage
Strong sales, presentation, negotiation and customer service skills
Strong analytical skills and general technology skills and awareness
Highly motivated, discipline and able to work in team environment
