Anti Fraud Specialist

As our

Anti-Fraud Specialist , you'll be at the forefront of protecting our digital lending ecosystem; identifying fraud patterns, analyzing risk indicators, and implementing mitigation strategies to safeguard both our customers and the business.

Key Responsibilities : ●

Oversee and manage the overall anti-fraud process and investigations related to loan applications. ● Conduct r esearch and analysis

on emerging fraud trends and methodologies. ●

Investigate

complaints reported by external parties. ● Perform Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) for high-risk customers and Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs). ● Prepare and maintain daily and weekly reports. ● Develop and implement fraud prevention initiatives. ● Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional departments. ●

Conduct Know Your Business (KYB)

analysis processes.

Key Requirements: ● Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree from any field of study. ● 2+ years of experience as an Anti-Fraud Analyst, Internal Auditor, or Credit Risk Analyst — preferably within multifinance, banking or fintech industries. ● Hands-on experience with offline installment products is a strong advantage. ● Solid understanding of fraud patterns, risk indicators, and mitigation strategies in a digital lending environment. ● Proficient in English, both written and verbal, with strong analytical and reporting skills.
