Regional Shopper Engagement Manager (East) - Semarang

As a

Sales Team , you will be responsible for analyzing field performance and shopper engagement data, managing POSM and merchandising execution, and leading budget-controlled brand activation projects to drive effective in-store performance and ROI.

What will you do? Analyze SPG/SMD performance based on outlet off-take data, present findings, and propose data-driven solutions or improvement strategies. Provide insights and recommendations regarding POSM placement/creation based on outlet types. Monitor POSM placement and merchandising activities. Coordinate with team members and subordinates on brand activation and other shopper engagement initiatives. Control and manage budgets for shopper engagement activities, including calculating ROI and cost ratios. Conduct budget forecasting for shopper engagement programs. Monitor ongoing ad-hoc projects to ensure proper execution and completion. Willing to handle and oversee the Semarang, Yogyakarta, Sidoarjo, and Malang areas.

What are we looking for? Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1). Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or Project Manager. Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication skills. Strong analytical and planning abilities. Adaptable to change, with demonstrated flexibility, prioritization, organizational, and time management skills.
