Your Role:
The SolarWinds ASEAN team is currently looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to support the assigned territory in Indonesia. The ideal candidate will identify, qualify, and close net new opportunities as well as build on the current install base for upgrade opportunities. This candidate will contribute individually and as a team member while executing on a focused sales strategy within their territory. This candidate will have experience collaborating with System Integrator, Alliance Partners and Channel Partners.
This candidate will exude excellent communication skills and cognitive problem-solving skills, along with the ability to be self-reliant. The ability to succeed in this role will require the candidate to work in a fast-paced environment as well as the application of advanced
technical and business skills.
Responsibilities
• Develop and manage enterprise accounts within assigned territory.
• Responsible for lead generation, building relationships with prospective customers, account profiling, and developing the prospective customer into a revenue-generating customer.
• Execute daily activities such as prospecting, lead generation, and selling of the SolarWinds portfolio to assigned territory customers.
• Work with SI Alliance Partners, Channel partners, and Channel Manager to promote SolarWinds solution sales.
• Embark on field engagements within strategically assigned territory accounts – this includes participating in on-site meetings and attending live events.
• Meet or exceed quarterly sales quota.
• Develop and manage pipeline, providing weekly updates to forecast.
• Ensure the provision of appropriate business information for decision-making and control
• Assist in the development of existing accounts and the generation of new ones.
• Negotiate contracts, up-sell, and build customer rapport.
• Provide appropriate sales tracking and reporting as required, leveraging Salesforce.
• Ability to analyse data and formulate an account strategy, execute the plan.
Qualifications
• 10+ years of direct enterprise software sales experience in the assigned territory is a must.
• Technical acumen with the ability to relate it to business value.
• Proven track record of sales performance.
• Experience and credibility selling at the C level.
• Ability to forecast and manage sales expenses.
• High intellect and the capacity to multitask.
• Excellent qualifying and closing skills.
• Business development, prospecting skills, and ability to build strong partner relationships.
