The Role: What You'll Do Your primary focus will be on

discovery and presentation :

Local Property Sourcing:

Actively search, identify, and qualify available properties within your designated region that meet our specific criteria for client projects (e.g., Villa, Land, commercial, residential developments, or investment opportunities).

Data Collection & Analysis:

Gather essential information on prospective properties, including market value estimates, zoning details, local demographics, and potential drawbacks.

Central Office Liaison:

Efficiently relay detailed, high-quality information (photos, specifications, market data) to our central team for evaluation and strategic planning.

Client Proposal Support:

Collaborate with the central team to leverage your local findings and assist in tailoring persuasive proposals that highlight the unique advantages of your sourced properties to potential clients.

We're Looking For Someone Who Is:

A Local entrepreneur:

Deeply familiar with the real estate landscape, market dynamics, and hidden gems in their immediate geographical area.

Proactive & Independent:

Capable of working autonomously, setting priorities, and driving results without constant oversight.

Detail-Oriented:

Possesses meticulous attention to detail when compiling and presenting property information.

A Strong Communicator:

Able to articulate findings clearly and concisely, both written and verbally.

Results-Driven:

Motivated by the successful conversion of sourced properties into finalized client deals.
