Key Responsibilities:

Create and develop creative TikTok / IG video content for official social media account that are align with the company branding and marketing strategy. Optimize videos for TikTok / IG, staying at the forefront of the latest video trends and algorithms. Conceptualize, create, and edit high-quality TikTok and Instagram Reels that reflect our brand’s identity and messaging. Provide creative input during content planning sessions and contribute fresh ideas for storytelling and visual presentation. Organize and manage video assets, including footage, templates, and audio libraries, to streamline the production process. Ensure all video content is delivered on time, meets quality standards, and adheres to the company's brand guidelines. Stay tuned in to TikTok / IG trends editing and techniques for maximum engagement. Able to recommend improvements Video Editing to increase performance. Able to make creative and unique videos to share across our platform. Work closely with Content Specialist to understand what kind of Video need to shoot and edit.

Qualifications:

Proven experience creating and editing short-form video content for TikTok and Instagram Reels (portfolio required). Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut Pro, or similar). Strong sense of visual storytelling, pacing, and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment. Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines. Passionate about social media, digital trends, and content creation. Strong communication skills in Bahasa and English proficiency.
