Process Improvement - Warehouse (Bogor)

Job Description

Identify improvement ideas/initiatives related to all warehouse processes and processes related to it that would bring better productivity, lower cost, better service and quality, and also align with business strategic direction

Analyse cost and benefit of the improvement initiatives in a structured way to get buys-in from the Management

Plan and manage projects related to process improvement, including defining project scope, creating project plans, and managing project timelines

Identify, develop and deploy the continuous improvement program that supports warehouse operations strategic direction including all aspects of the business system

Drive the identification, implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement of scalable end-to-end processes within the warehouse operations team

Regularly benchmark/research against both internal and external markets to identify more effective ways to enhance warehouse processes. Use the findings to develop strategic plans for improving quality, reducing costs, increasing productivity, optimizing cycle time, and enhancing buyer satisfaction

Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to identify areas of improvement within the current warehouse operations processes and provide valuable insights to support the decision-making processes

Collaborate closely with the warehouse operations team to ensure the effective execution of improvement plans, while also deep dive into opportunities for enhancement and evaluating their potential gains

Conduct training related to improvement tools; Kaizen, Lean, and Six Sigma

Carry out additional/special tasks assigned by the superior according to one's capacity

Requirements

Minimum Bachelor Degree, preferably from business or industrial engineering

Minimum 1 years of experience in process improvement, preferably in Warehouse and Logistics company/process

Experienced in Kaizen / LEAN / Six Sigma implementation, preferably in warehouse or e-commerce setting

Good command of Google Sheets / MS Excel and MS Access

Good analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making

Good communication with different audiences verbally or in writing along with good presentation skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at various levels of the organization
