About Our Client Our client is one of the leading player in the FMCG industry. Job Description Brand Strategy & Development Drive the full life cycle of brand management, from strategic planning to execution to strengthen brand relevance and deliver sustainable business growth. Oversee brand evolution, including improvements in product offerings, packaging, and overall consumer experience.

Integrated Marketing & Communications Design and implement cohesive brand-building programs across advertising, digital and omnichannel marketing, events, sponsorships, and other communication platforms. Ensure all marketing activities reinforce consistent brand identity and enhance brand equity.

Go‑to‑Market & Distribution Alignment Formulate go‑to‑market frameworks and collaborate closely with leadership to ensure alignment across sales channels. Optimize distribution strategies to maximize portfolio performance and ensure strong presence across key markets.

Leadership & Team Development Provide strategic direction and mentorship to the brand team, establishing clear goals, high performance standards, and a culture of accountability. Coach and develop team members to strengthen organizational capability and support long-term talent growth.

The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in any discipline with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale). Minimum 8 years of professional experience in brand management or related marketing fields. Strong analytical thinking paired with excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills. Proven experience leading and developing teams.
