Head of Sales Manager B2B

Generally 5-10+ years in B2B sales within the textile, garment, or manufacturing industry Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role, leading sales teams to meet or exceed quotas Ability to develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals to increase revenue Demonstrated ability to develop and leverage an international or regional client network Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with B2B clients, distributors, and key decision-makers Expert-level negotiation skills to close deals and secure long-term contracts Decision making related to sales strategy and operations Ability to provide technical guidance and product recommendations based on customer requirements Leadership Experience: Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role, leading sales teams to meet or exceed quotas. Mentoring, training, and managing a team of sales professionals Monitoring industry trends, competitor activity, and identifying new business opportunities Preparing sales forecasts, KPIs, and performance reports for senior management Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion, Textiles, or a related field Proficiency in English is typically required, with additional languages Mandarin.
